As iByteNova offers ‘try-before-you-buy’ system, or just set a limitation on the final step (for example, for recovery tools, you can view what can be recovered before the final step), so you can decide if the software is what you need or not before placing an order refunds will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below. If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, or it is out of the accepted circumstances, no refund will be given.

Refund request will be granted if it meets the Accepted Circumstances listed below.

  • Purchase of the same product (both from iByteNova) twice at the same time. With confirmation of iByteNova Support Team, iByteNova will refund one of the products for customer, or exchange one program for another iByteNova product.
  • Purchase of two products (both from iByteNova) with similar functions. In this case, iByteNova will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another iByteNova product if required.
  • The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has failed to retrieve the registration code from the email and has not received a timely response (within 24 hours) from the iByteNova Support Team after making contact. In this case, iByteNova will refund the customer's order if they have no need of the product in future.
  • A refund request for an auto-renew order that the customer is unaware or doesn't receive the auto-renew notification in their email inbox before the auto-renew occurred and they have no need of the product in future.
  • A refund request due to technical trouble of the purchased product and no available solution has been provided within 5 days. In this case, iByteNova will refund you if you do not want to wait for a future upgrade or solution.

Once we issue a refund, the corresponding activated code will be deactivated, and you are required to uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Generally, if any customer asks for refund, he/she will receive it. Unless:

  • A refund request for order exceeds the date of Money Back Guarantee.
  • Do not read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's functions and/or results.
  • Ask refund after you have agreed to exchange another iByteNova products already.
  • A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.
  • A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.
  • As the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with the operating system. iByteNova highly recommends customers try the software before purchase.

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Thus, please:

  • Download Version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
  • Disc Version: Destroy the disc, then uninstall the software from your computer.
